Can I modify or cancel my order?

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accept modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests beyond this time frame cannot be accommodated. Full order refunds are possible after receipt.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and promotional periods. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

We process orders within 1-3 business days of placing the order, and shipping begins the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the upcoming holiday season, order delivery may take up to 2-4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days from the date of order processing, you are eligible for a full refund.

Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, meaning that customs duties and taxes may be imposed when you receive your order. Import duties, taxes, and related customs handling fees may be charged upon arrival at your final destination, determined by the local customs office. The payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs office of your chosen country. How can I return a product?

What if the received product(s) are defective/faulty/in poor condition?

Please contact us if you received goods that are incorrect, missing, and/or faulty. Please include the order number, photos of the product(s), and any relevant reference material when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive the refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items or cancellation request. Please contact the bank/card issuer if you have questions about the posting of the credit to your account. It may take time for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
